Whenever is a task planner. We designed it to collect as little data about you as possible. The app has no accounts, no servers of ours storing your data, and no advertising trackers.
Tasks, boards, notes, priorities, working time, and attachments (links, addresses, images) are stored locally on your device. We have no access to them and never transmit them anywhere.
A backup is created only when you request it and is saved as a file to a location you choose (for example, Files or iCloud Drive). We never receive that file.
Task reminders and the trial-ending reminder are local notifications: they are scheduled and fired on your device, with no data sent to any server.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. To manage subscriptions we use RevenueCat: it receives an anonymous installation identifier and Apple receipt data (never your name, email, or any planner content). See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you attach a link to a task, the app contacts that website directly from your device to display its title and image. The request goes only to the site whose address you added.
No selling data No ads No trackers No account required No reading your tasks
All planner data is deleted when you delete the app from your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings at any time.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app update description.
