By using the Whenever app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Whenever is
Whenever is a task planner for iOS. All planner data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Access to the app's features is provided via subscription.
Subscription
Plans & free trial
- The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- The monthly subscription does not include a free trial.
- Prices are shown in the app in the currency of your App Store region.
Payment & renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation, or at the end of the free trial where one applies.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time: Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Subscription" button in the app settings. Cancelling during the trial is free.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Purchases are also governed by the Apple Standard EULA. Refunds are handled by Apple under their rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data & responsibilities
- Planner data is stored only on your device. Making regular backups is your responsibility; we cannot recover data lost by deleting the app or losing the device.
- You agree to use the app as intended and not to disrupt it, circumvent the subscription, or reverse-engineer it.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep everything stable but do not guarantee it is error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
